Penn State Biomedical Sciences Club to hold undergraduate conference March 29

The Penn State Biomedical Sciences Club will hold its fifth annual undergraduate conference on March 29.

The goal of the conference is to give current undergraduate students the opportunity to meet with distinguished professionals in the field of biomedical science.

The all-day event will feature prominent biomedical scientists, including two post-graduates from the Centers for Disease Control Epidemic Intelligence Services and a virologist from Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Laboratories. There will also be presentations about graduate school admissions and applications. 

The conferences runs from 10 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the Life Sciences Building. Club members will be available to direct people to the appropriate rooms for different presentations, and meals will be provided for attendees.
