Dates announced for R.A.D. training for women

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. -- Dates have been set for Penn State Lehigh Valley's previously announced spring Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) training program. R.A.D. is a comprehensive program for women that will be taught by a nationally certified R.A.D. instructor. The program aims to teach techniques, tactics, awareness and risk-reduction that can aid in self-defense. It is open to women Penn State Lehigh Valley students, faculty and staff.

R.A.D. classes will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Apr. 8, 15 and 22. Participants must be able to attend all three classes.
