Influential food documentary to be shown April 9, 10

Practitioners, coaches, chefs, authors, lecturers, teachers or anyone with an interest in food and health, won’t want to miss seeing “Forks Over Knives.” This film examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict people can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting a menu of animal-based and processed foods. The first part of the film will be presented at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, in Lecture Room A on the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine campus. Food will be served.
