Information session to detail student Fulbright application process

University Park, Pa. — The University Fellowships Office will hold a student Fulbright information session for students and directors of undergraduate and graduate studies at 6 p.m. March 31 in 104 Thomas Building on Penn State's University Park campus. Each year, more than 1,500 student Fulbright awards are granted to undergraduate and graduate students for research or study abroad. Rising seniors, master's and doctoral students are encouraged to apply. Grants are available in all fields of study and in more than 140 countries worldwide. This session will provide detailed information on the different Fulbright programs and how students can apply. The campus deadline for submitting Fulbright applications is Sept. 1.
