Big Ten Network set to air Penn State's first three football games

Football season is right around the corner and the Big Ten Network is delivering for Nittany Lion fans. You can see the Nittany Lions play their first three games of the season on the network (Akron, Sept. 5; Syracuse, Sept. 12, and Temple, Sept. 19), with the possibility of two more Penn State games airing later this season.

Dedicated to covering the Big Ten Conference and its 11 member institutions, the Big Ten Network provides access to an extensive schedule of conference sports events and original programs in academics, the arts and sciences, campus activities and associated personalities. The Big Ten Network will air coverage of many Penn State teams, including approximately 20 Penn State basketball games, during the upcoming year, with the vast majority in high definition.

The Big Ten Network is available to all cable and satellite providers nationwide and in your area on DIRECTV and DISH Network, as well as on Verizon FiOS in select areas. In total, the network currently is available to viewers in approximately 73 million homes.
