Health Shorts: Nuts can help you to increase your magnesium intake

Many Americans, particularly those over age 60, have low levels of magnesium, an important mineral for strong bones and healthy functioning of the heart, nerves and muscles. Foods high in magnesium include nuts, halibut, mackerel, spinach and beans.
