Food Ethics Lecture Series to begin Aug. 29

The Rock Ethics Institute at Penn State, in collaboration with the Bioethics Program and several other units at University Park -- has announced the Food Ethics Lectures Series for 2011-12. The series will explore some of the most compelling issues in food ethics today, from the agrarian tradition to industrial farming, from the ethics of nutrigenomics to food safety and food security, from fish in pain to the fish on your plate.
