Employees received an up-close look at the Schreyer House on June 28 during a special open house event at Penn State's University Park campus. The official residence of the University president, it was originally the summer home of H. Walton Mitchell, an 1890 Penn State graduate who served three terms as judge in Allegheny County and was the first alumnus to be elected to Penn State's Board of Trustees. The Tudor style house sits on 76 acres and serves as a venue for hosting and entertaining University guests.
