The Knowledge Commons on the first floor of Pattee Library on Penn State's University Park campus is the hub of activity today (Feb. 1), as almost every workstation is occupied and busy. Tomorrow, on Groundhog Day, Punxsutawney Phil will emerge from his hole and predict whether these students will be able to get outside to study and enjoy an early spring, or if there are six more weeks of winter in store for them.
