Information sought on vandalism at residence halls

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State University Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief which occurred outside of Leete Hall and Runkle Hall at approximately 3 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15. An unidentified person damaged the card access reader for Leete Hall and also damaged a window frame at Runkle Hall.

Anyone with information should contact Penn State University Police at 814-863-1111 or Centre County Crime Stoppers at tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. (Those providing information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of as much as $1,000 from Centre County CrimeStoppers.)

University Police would like to remind the community to report suspicious vehicles, persons and behaviors to police immediately.
