Arts Project workshop series accepting registrations for spring session

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – The Arts Project at Penn State Lehigh Valley has announced its spring 2015 session options to be held from Jan. 19 to Apr. 16 (no class the week of March 9). The cost for each 12-week workshop is $350. Senior citizen discounts are available.

New to the workshop lineup are two courses instructed by David Gothard, an illustrator whose recent accomplishments include a series of children’s books, “Little Lola.” Gothard will instruct "The Art of the Children’s Book," and "Concepts through Illustration." Another addition this spring is "Ceramics for Beginners" instructed by Corianne Thompson.

Other workshops offered are beginning and advanced jewelry and metalwork with Ann Lalik, and drawing and design fundamentals, and exploring printmaking, with Ron De Long.
