Faculty violist to Perform September 22

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State faculty member Timothy Deighton will perform a recital at 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, in Esber Recital Hall, University Park.

The recital will include works written for viola by Paul Hindemith and Benjamin Britten, as well as transcriptions by Johann Sebastian Bach and Sergei Prokofiev. Deighton will be joined by collaborative pianists Ann Deighton and piano faculty member Christopher Guzman. Admission is free.

This recital will be available via livestreamed video at Penn State School of Music.
