** Football Team has Extra Week to Prepare for Nebraska **
The Nittany Lion football team, ranked No. 25 in the latest ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll, will have a bye on Saturday, Sept. 7, allowing the team an extra week to prepare for its prime time showdown with Nebraska on Saturday, Sept 14. The game will air at 8 p.m. on ABC. Due to a scheduling conflict, the game with Virginia initially scheduled for this Saturday has been moved to Saturday, Nov. 9 at Beaver Stadium. ** Unbeaten Women's Volleyball Heads to Fairfield **

The Penn State men's and women's cross country teams will host the annual Spiked Shoe Invitational to start the 2002 season on Saturday, Sept. 7.
