Still Life: Getting ready for Ag Progress Days

July 31, 2003

Preparations for Ag Progress Days, Pennsylvania's largest outdoor agricultural exposition, are well under way at the Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center. The event is scheduled for Aug. 19-21 at the center in Rock Springs, nine miles southwest of State College on Pa. Route 45. More than 350 commercial exhibitors will display the latest goods and services, a variety of community and industry groups will run food stands, and many farm- and family-oriented educational activities will be offered. A free shuttle service to the grounds is available from selected locations. On-site parking for and entrance to the event is free.
