-- Jill Cordes, host of the Food Network's "Best Of" and HGTV's "My First Place." Cordes gave a speech on "From Cow to Cone -- Why Food Science Matters," Friday, Sept. 29, as part of the celebration of opening of the new Food Science Building and the Berkey Creamery. Cordes is a Penn State College of Communications graduate and former State College resident.
