Penn State Brandywine welcomes new Schreyer scholars

All seven Penn State Brandywine students who applied to the Schreyer Honors College during the 2007-2008 academic year have been accepted and will pursue their education at either Brandywine or University Park. Juniors Teron A. Meyers, corporate communication; Lindley M. Jones, business; and sophomore Si Cong (James) Wang, bioengineering, will join current Brandywine scholars Adrienne Showalter and Dana Gibson, both English majors.

Additional Brandywine students accepted in the program are Hong-hanh (Lina) M. Khong, College of Agriculture; Alyce A. DiLauro, College of Communications; Dong-Ya (Suzy) Zhou, Smeal Business College; Rachel Hanson, College of the Liberal Arts. These students, all entering their junior year in the fall, will join former Brandywine students Peter Spizzirri, Emily Helms and Alex Lampros, at University Park.
