Chemical engineering seminars announced

University Park, Pa. -- Penn State's Department of Chemical Engineering has announced the addition of three seminars this semester. Each lecture will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. in 102 Chemistry Building on the University Park campus.
 
Thursday, March 26: “Mechanistic Investigations of Crystallization: From Self-Assembled Nanomaterials to Pathological Biomineraliization," by Jeff Rimer, Department of Chemistry, Molecular Design Institute at New York University.

Thursday, April 2: “Soft Matter Approaches to Viruses and Stem Cells," by Dennis Discher, professor, Biophysical Engineering and Nanobiopolymers Lab, University of Pennsylvania.
