Free lecture on leadership roles in faith communities

A free presentation on transformational leadership in faith communities, “I’ve got to be me,” will be held from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, in room 230 of the Main Building at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern, Pa. John J. Sosik, professor of management and organization, will present his results of a unique study of Christian faith community leaders’ self-construals of their expected leadership roles, and the behaviors they actually display in their pastoral roles.
