December 07, 2010

Watch the Erie Bayhawks de-claw the Maine Red Claws this Friday, Dec. 10, and support THON, Penn State's 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon to raise funds and awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer.

Tip-off is at 7 p.m. at Tullio Arena. Tickets are $10 and must be purchased at the Reed Union Building desk. Five dollars of each ticket will be donated to THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. Tickets will be available until 5 p.m. on Friday. Call 814-898-6242 for more information.

THON 2011: Together Without Limits will be held Feb. 18-20, in the Bryce Jordan Center at Penn State’s University Park campus. Students from all Penn State campuses raise funds year-round for this annual event.

Since 1977, THON has raised more than $69 million for The Four Diamonds Fund at Penn State Children’s Hospital at Hershey Medical Center.
