Our first aid and, CPR/AED programs will help give you the confidence needed to respond in an emergency situation with skills that can save a life. Most accidents occur at work or at home, so be prepared to take action -- you may very well save a life. Adult Programs
Adult group lessons are a fun and safe way for adults of all ages to strengthen their swimming skills. Whether you are new to swimming and ready to learn to float and kick, or whether you are an experienced swimmer wanting to improve on specific skills, these classes are right for you. Class will meet once a week, in a group setting, with a certified instructor.

Masters Swimming
The focus of Masters Swimming is to provide structured fitness swimming workouts. These workouts differ from a traditional open lap swim in that an on-deck, experienced coach will provide feedback on stroke refinement and set design. The coach will adapt the workout to your goals, while providing a fun, yet challenging group swimming workout. This program is perfect for those that want to cross-train for fitness, improve their swimming ability, or train for a triathlon or other swimming competition.
