Three Penn State experts contribute to NATO's Counterterrorism Reference Curriculum

From left to right: Peregrin Summers, junior in security and risk analysis; Peter Forster, associate teaching professor of information sciences and technology; and Trisha Miller, senior in security and risk analysis, are three of the Penn State experts that have contributed to the forthcoming Counterterrorism Reference Curriculum, a multi-national publication that will be utilized by NATO to to train members and partners, as well as government organizations, in tactics and strategies that could combat or prevent terrorism.
