Penn State provides update on teaching modes for summer and fall 2021
Penn State is planning a phased return over the summer semester to a full on-campus learning environment for fall 2021. The University's priorities continue to be the health and well-being of its students, faculty, staff and local communities, and the plans for expanded in-person classes have the flexibility built in to quickly respond to changing pandemic conditions, if necessary.

Data analytics graduates find success amid pandemic
Recent graduates of the Master of Professional Studies in Data Analytics program at Penn State Great Valley secured full-time positions despite the uncertainty surrounding employment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Penn State Abington Center for Career and Professional Development leverages virtual meeting technology to present events and trainings to support students as they build their networks and search for jobs and internships.

Twenty student teams selected to compete in the 2021 Nittany AI Challenge
Twenty Penn State teams with students from seven different colleges and six campuses, including Penn State World Campus, will each be awarded $500 to compete in the Prototype Phase of the 2021 Nittany AI Challenge. Teams were selected based on their potential for positive impact on the world, all using AI for Good to develop solutions that address real-world challenges in education, environment, health and humanitarianism.

Students, recent graduates: Prep for 2022-23 Fulbright U.S. Student award cycle
Applications for the 2022-23 Fulbright U.S. Student Program are now being accepted from Penn State students at any campus or recent University graduates. Operated through the U.S. Department of State, the international exchange program offers one-year grants to study, conduct research or serve as an English teaching assistant in more than 160 countries worldwide.

Remote Innovation Grants available for summer 2021
The Student Engagement Network has opened the application process for a new round of grants that will support both remote and in-person undergraduate engagement experiences during summer 2021. The deadline to apply for a Remote Innovation Grant is March 21.
