The Pegula Ice Arena, slated to open in the fall of 2013, is beginning to take shape. The two-ice sheet facility will be home to both of Penn State's Varsity Hockey programs and will feature a 6,000 seat arena that includes a 1,000 seat student section. The facility was made possible through a private donation by Terrence and Kim Pegula.
