Gavin Macgregor-Skinner is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences for Penn State World Campus' Homeland Security program. He has extensive experience in public health leadership with the U.S. and international governments, United Nations agencies, the private sector and military, and has designed public health preparedness and disaster response programs in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. He has given media interviews for CNN and Al Jazeera in response to Ebola and the Zika virus.
