More alike than different: Penn State researcher shifting understanding of race

Penn State anthropologist Nina Jablonski, through her research on skin color, is shifting our understanding of race to prove we're more alike than we are different. "I’m hoping this research gives people the appreciation that their bodies are the products of evolution," said Jablonski. "We’ve undergone evolutionary change just like the bodies of other creatures. And this evolution has implications for our health." To learn how Jablonski is reimagining how we look at skin color, visit impact.psu.edu.
