UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — COVID-19 vaccination data for all Penn State campuses is now available on the University’s COVID-19 dashboard. As is the case with the results of University-provided COVID-19 testing, the dashboard will be updated every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon during the fall semester with the latest campus-by-campus vaccination rates.

Vaccination data presented on the dashboard will include the following:

  • Vaccination numbers and rates for students, including data for residential and nonresidential students, depending on the campus.
  • Vaccination numbers and rates for full-time employees, with the data further segmented based on employee type: academic personnel (faculty, instructors and researchers), administrators, nonunion staff and union staff).
  • The vaccination rate for the county in which each campus is located.

All Penn State students and employees are strongly encouraged to get vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide the University with proof that they are fully vaccinated as soon as possible. Students at University Park, the Commonwealth Campuses and Dickinson Law can upload their vaccination records through myUHS, and employees can upload their vaccination information through Salesforce Health Cloud, a secure online platform for collecting health data.

To share their vaccination status, students and employees must have received their final vaccine dose — either the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or one dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.

Students and employees who remain unvaccinated or who do not submit confirmation of vaccination are required to test for COVID-19 weekly throughout the fall semester or until they share with the University that they are fully vaccinated. The latest information about required testing for unvaccinated students and employees can be found on the Testing and Support page on virusinfo.psu.edu.

Throughout the fall semester, Penn State will have vaccines available on or near all campuses. At University Park, first and second doses of the Moderna vaccine are readily available to students every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Student Health Center. Students can schedule appointments online through University Health Services. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s vaccines.gov website also provides a list of providers, by zip code, where COVID-19 vaccines are available.
