ALTOONA, Pa. — The deadline for fall 2021 submissions to "Hard Freight," Penn State Altoona’s online student literary magazine, is Tuesday, Nov. 9 at midnight. Up to three entries per student in the categories of fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, visual art including photography, and multimedia may be submitted.
