Installation for the Penn State Alumni Association’s Alumni Plaza is set for Fall 2021.

Members of the Penn State family have three different pricing options to choose from when selecting a paver for the plaza and those who want to be included in the first installation of the pavers should place their orders by June 30.

In addition to “The 1855” and “The Nittany” pavers, the Alumni Association has introduced “The Founder.” “The Founder” measures 4 inches by 8 inches with three lines of inscription available and a maximum of 14 characters per line, including spaces.

“The 1855” remains the largest paver of the three options, with a size of 6 inches by 12 inches and five lines of inscription. It has a maximum of 18 characters per line, including spaces. “The Nittany” is the middle option at 6 inches by 6 inches, with four lines of inscription and a maximum of 14 characters per line, including spaces.

“The Founder” can be purchased for $250, with “The 1855” available for $1,855 and “The Nittany” available for $750.

These three pavers will shape Alumni Plaza, consisting of a pathway leading to the main entrance of the Hintz Family Alumni Center on the University Park campus, adjacent to the roundabout drive court.

Proceeds from the Alumni Plaza will be placed in a permanently endowed fund that will help students get to know the Alumni Association, strengthen their connection to the Penn State alumni network, and learn about community, philanthropy, leadership, teamwork and Penn State traditions.

Penn Staters interested in purchasing a paver or learning more about Alumni Plaza can visit alumni.psu.edu/alumniplaza.
