We Are Weekend set for this week; free registration available

All events are online and free and open to all Penn Staters

Registration is open for We Are Weekend, which will be held entirely online from June 14-18, 2021. UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Registration is open for We Are Weekend, which will be held entirely online from June 14-18. Nearly 2,000 Penn Staters have already registered.

All individual events taking place within We Are Weekend are free and open to all Penn Staters, and for this year the weekend is being extended to a week, to offer participants additional online options that match their schedules and preferences. All events are scheduled for Eastern Daylight Time, and most sessions will be available to watch on-demand afterward.

We Are Weekend features and highlights include the following events and much more:

— Virtual Campus Facility Tours — behind-the-scenes access to buildings and landmarks across the University Park campus.

— "Chocolate 101: The History, Science, and Art of Chocolate"

— "Uncork and Unwind" — Learn how to approach favorite wines more thoughtfully.

— Virtual hike of the Wintergreen Gorge at Penn State Behrend.
