Free professional headshots

Penn State's chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) will host six hours of professional headshots from noon to 6 p.m. Friday, April 2 in the HUB-Robeson Center. To abide by the rules mandated by Student Affairs and minimize the possibility of a line forming, NABA is requiring registration for specific time slots. Mask wearing and social distancing will be required. You can register here.

State of State spring conference

“State of Unity: Overcoming Distance,” State of State’s first virtual spring conference, will bring together six different speaking groups, focusing on topics ranging from the "Predominantly White Institutions (PWI) Experience through an Intersectional Lens" to the Students Teaching Students Program.

The speakers will be pre-recording their talks in the State Theater, and the talks will be released at 7 p.m. April 6. There will be a follow up Q&A session with speakers on April 8 when students can submit questions and talk to the speakers in live time.

If you have an announcement you would like to share with the College of Education, send it via email to edrelations@psu.edu. Submissions must include a contact name and telephone number so that Connections can verify the information.
