ALTOONA, Pa. — Penn State Altoona's Wellness Advisory Board will host a screening of the film "The Hunting Ground" at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, during Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
In the documentary, filmmakers examine the issue of sexual assault on college campuses in the United States and reports of failure of college administrations to adequately address incidents.
This event will take place both virtually and in-person in the Pond View Lounge of the Slep Student Center.
In-person participants must pre-register on Penn State Altoona Connect and follow all University COVID-19 safety guidelines, including wearing masks and physically distancing.
Those who choose to view the film virtually can register online.
