Guided study groups

Through guided study groups, which are offered for particular Penn State courses in economics, math, science and statistics, students can work in a group with other students from their course. Guided study groups are led by undergraduates who have previously taken and succeeded in the course. All guided study groups will be offered remotely in spring 2021. Registration is required. For a complete schedule of sessions and to register, visit the guided study group page.

“Study Smarter” online workshops

This spring, Penn State Learning will offer an online interactive workshop devoted to helping students study more efficiently and effectively. Topics will include how the brain stores information, six strategies that are most effective to the learning process, and examples of how students can apply these strategies to their current classes. Register for one of the upcoming workshop sessions on Penn State Learning’s website.
