Nittany Lion Careers offers internship, job and career guidance to students

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — As students begin the spring semester from a variety of locations, career professionals at Penn State are encouraging students to remember one constant in their career journey: Nittany Lion Careers.

Since the beginning of the semester, more than 1,100 job opportunities have been posted by vetted recruiters and organizations.

Nittany Lion Careers operates as the comprehensive career management system for all Penn State students, alumni and recruiters. Regardless of major, campus or college, all students have access to the system and its benefits.

Internship and job postings daily

Over 3,200 postings for internship, full-time, co-op and gig experiences are currently active. Students can search, filter and apply, based on interest and career goals. Organizations that post in Nittany Lion Careers represent a wide variety of industries from across the globe.

One-on-one career guidance and support

Students can access a career counselor or coach from anywhere within Nittany Lion Careers. Schedule a virtual appointment with a central, college or campus career office that can help answer any career questions.

On-demand career content and resources

Nittany Lion Careers is home to workshops, resources and information sessions designed with students in mind. Virtual learning periods are ideal for honing skills and building a network; Nittany Lion Careers gives students the chance to search for organizations hosting virtual information sessions, find a workshop to stream, or connect with organizations of interest.

Students can access Nittany Lion Careers by visiting nittanylioncareers.psu.edu and logging on with their Penn State access information.
