About Teaching International

Penn State Greater Allegheny is strongly committed to the University's internationalization initiatives. Each year, the campus adopts a country or region of the world as a common focus to inspire teaching and scholarship. Through comparative study, and collaboration within and beyond Penn State, we hope to advance a greater understanding of globalization processes and their impact on the lives of people in our own region and around the world.

Teaching International partners with campus sustainability initiatives and the Honors Program to bring lectures, films, and other activities on globalization and sustainability to the campus, including the fall and spring student research and creativity conferences.
