ALTOONA, Pa. — Alicia Williams received a scholarship from WISE (Women Involved in Scholarship and Empowerment) Women of Blair County for the fall 2020 semester. Williams is pursuing a degree in human development and family studies.
WISE Women awards scholarships to female Blair County residents 21 years or older who have overcome adversity or discrimination in their lives and are pursuing post-secondary education. The scholarships are awarded through the Central Pennsylvania Community Foundation.
