UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — For the fifth year in a row, the Penn State Alumni Association will offer special deals on membership pricing for Cyber Monday. This year, Cyber Monday falls on Nov. 30.
The sale will feature half-price annual and life memberships (half off the standard based membership prices, not on already discounted memberships). For example, an annual individual membership is typically $50 and will be discounted to $25, and an annual life membership is typically $700 and will be discounted to $350.
Current annual members can take advantage of Cyber Monday prices during a pre-sale starting Nov. 22.
Non-members will receive a “save the date” email on Friday, Nov. 29. The public sale will be promoted via email and social media for one day only on Cyber Monday.
For the second year, the Alumni Association will include students in the Cyber Monday sale. Life membership for students will be discounted to $350, but annual membership in the Blue & White Society, the association’s student arm, will remain affordable at the regular rate of $15.
Gift membership options also will be available.
Everyone who joins or upgrades through the Cyber Monday appeal will be entered to win a Penn State Nittany Lions prize pack, including a football signed by head coach James Franklin, a Nike replica team jersey, and $100 gift cards for both the Penn State Bookstore and the Penn State Berkey Creamery.
