Staying active during a global pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, people are encouraged to get outdoors and engage in physical activity. Danielle Downs, professor of kinesiology and obstetrics and gynecology, says the reason behind this is because physical activity is one of the most important behaviors that people of all ages can do to improve or maintain good mental and physical health.
