Registration open for a seminar on research populations tool

Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute will present “What Patient Population Data is Available in TriNetX?” at its next Translational Science Seminar Series webinar from noon to 1 p.m. on Aug. 20.

TriNetX is an institute-supported tool for research population discovery and study feasibility. New datasets, including one for COVID-19, were recently added to the tool, which now provides data beyond the Penn State Health patient population. Expanded capabilities through a service called TriNetX Research are also now available. Avnish Katoch, the institute’s informatics project manager, will present an overview of the additions in TriNetX.

Online registration is requested.

The Translational Science Seminar Series: Bench to Bedside and Beyond encourages an engaged translational science workforce through panel discussions and practical application information.
