CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn State Lehigh Valley will begin its fall professional development offering of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Learning System on Sept. 14. Local professionals can study for a certification exam in human resources.
The SHRM Learning System is offered for human resource professionals who wish to learn more about human resource practice, or to certify for the SHRM CP (Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional).
The registration fee is $1,450 through the early bird registration date of Aug. 1. Registration after Aug. 1 is $1,550. The price includes all course materials. Classes will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. every Monday from Sept. 14 through Dec. 7 at the Lehigh Valley campus located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road, Center Valley, Pennsylvania. There will be an orientation on Aug. 31 to distribute course materials.
