Joseph Harford, who received a doctorate in workforce education and development in spring 2019, was honored with the University Council for Workforce and Human Resource Education Outstanding Dissertation Award 2020. Harford is founder and president of Reclamere (https://reclamere.com/), a leading data destruction and data security firm based in Tyrone, Pennsylvania. He also is an adjunct faculty member at Juniata College and resides in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. For his dissertation, Harford studied factors in transitional housing that help or hinder re-entry of inmates into communities.
