UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Berkey Creamery is offering new items that are guaranteed to make summer, or any season, much cooler.

The first, a white or navy T-shirt, is designed around the phrase, “All Roads Lead to the Penn State Creamery.” The unisex tee has a price tag of $19.99, plus shipping, with sizes ranging from small to XL. More apparel offerings might be on the horizon, said Jim Brown, assistant manager.

“We always are looking for ways to keep our customers happy and connected to us, especially in these trying times,” Brown said. “We are excited to offer our first creamery shirt, and we might expand our apparel line, depending on response.”

After many requests from customers, gift cards are available. There are two types: e-gift cards, which can be purchased in amounts ranging from $10 to $1,000, and physical gift cards, which start at a minimum denomination of $25, with a maximum amount of $1,000.

Both products are available for curbside pickup and can be purchased online. They also will be available in the retail store once it reopens, which Brown said he hopes will be soon, although a date has not been set.

In the meantime, customers can buy their creamery favorites online, including ice cream selections, a variety of cheeses, grilled stickies, several coffee flavors and more. Curbside service is offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the East Parking Deck. Customers are asked to call 814-863-4760 between 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. to reserve a same-day pickup time.
