UNIVERSITY PARK, PA. — Finals week may look different than last semester, but the stress of preparing for exams is much the same as ever. Fortunately, Penn State University Libraries has a few ways to help you slow your breathing, lower that heart rate — and enjoy some carefree downtime — as you get ready for finals.

While De-Stress Fest is usually an on-site event, this year the Libraries will offer an online version to help students relax and unwind while completing end-of-term reports and studying for final exams. Through Friday, May 8, visit Online De-Stress Fest for a curated list of links, tutorials and homegrown videos that showcase the talents of University Libraries’ faculty and staff.

Online storytelling, virtual art galleries, puppy playrooms, craft tutorials and coloring pages are just a few of the collection of online resources designed to give busy minds a break from studying. And to warm up the muscles and get moving, a variety of online yoga classes are offered as well.

Although the University Libraries is physically closed, there remain many resources available to students. Be sure to check Remote Resources for Penn State Library Users  for help navigating it all. For question about Online De-Stress Fest, contact Megan Gilpin at mcg13@psu.edu.
