Vicki Baker, who earned a doctorate in higher education from the College of Education and a master of science degree in management and organizations from the Smeal College of Business, recently published a book, "Charting Your Path to Full: A Guide for Women Associate Professors.” Baker currently is professor of economics and management at Albion College and an instructor of business administration for Penn State World Campus. She currently serves as a Fulbright specialist in the Netherlands working with University College Utrecht/Utrecht University on the faculty development work in which she has been engaged for the past 10 years.
