University Police investigating incidents of theft in Arboretum parking lot

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State University Police are investigating two incidents of theft that occurred between 5:25 and 5:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 15, in the Orange A parking lot of The Arboretum at Penn State.

Unknown actors broke windows and removed personal property from vehicles. Police are seeking to identify the pictured person of interest in the case.

Anyone with information or who can identify this person is asked to contact Penn State University Police at 814-863-1111 or submit tips via email to Centre County CrimeStoppers at tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. Those providing information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 from Centre County CrimeStoppers. Anonymous tips can be submitted at http://www.police.psu.edu/psu-police/report-crime.cfm.

University Police would also like to remind the community to:

  • Do not leave personal items unattended for any period of time.
  • Report items stolen immediately to University Police.
  • If you see someone getting victimized, get involved by calling University Police at 3-1111, 911 or directly by using an emergency phone.
