UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Board of Trustees and the Committee on Finance, Business and Capital Planning will hold a special meeting at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, via conference call.
The committee will consider authorization to enter into a funding agreement and related borrowing and discuss a proposed naming recognition.
The meeting will be available for listening purposes on www.wpsu.org/trustees.
