UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Over the next several months, a team from Penn State IT will be conducting an analysis of the cloud storage service Box at Penn State. The analysis will include both user sessions with key stakeholders and a financial assessment and will be used to evaluate the cloud storage options available to the University.
Those identified to participate in a user session will be contacted directly. However, all members of the Penn State community are welcome to visit the Box analysis website, which includes Frequently Asked Questions and a timeline. Questions about the analysis can also be submitted directly through the question submission form.
At this time there is no change in the status of Box. Once the analysis is finalized, a recommendation will be made for next steps.
