Learn about debt management during Feb. 25 financial literacy webinar

Webinars through the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center are offered at no cost to the Penn State community

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The financial professionals at the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center are offering a workshop focused on debt management from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25.

Participants can use this Zoom link to attend the webinar at no cost. Additionally, self-study modules are available here from “MoneyCounts: A Penn State Financial Literacy Series.”

The Tuesday webinar will cover how to recognize the symptoms of uncontrollable debt, plan to combat and manage your financial crisis, explore options in debt management and avoid debt settlement and elimination scams.

The next webinar is scheduled for March 10 and will focus on FICO scores.

The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center offers services to the entire Penn State community and is part of Penn State Undergraduate Education, the academic administrative unit that provides leadership and coordination for University-wide programs and initiatives in support of undergraduate teaching and learning at Penn State.
