UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Grammy Award-winning global superstar Justin Bieber will bring his talents to Penn State's Bryce Jordan Center for the first time at 7 p.m. on Aug. 6. He will be joined by special guests Kehlani and Jaden Smith.
