Center for Arts and Crafts offering spring art classes starting Jan. 27

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Center for Arts and Crafts at Penn State is now accepting registrations for spring art classes at University Park. Classes will begin the week of Jan. 27.

Classes are available on a variety of topics, including: wheel-thrown pottery, drawing, acrylic painting, photography, watercolor painting, comics and Illustration, bullet journaling, oil painting, and more.

The center also offers a wide range of workshops, such as Paint Your Own Pottery, Embroidery, Handbuilt Clay Mugs, Scrapbooking, Soap Making, and many others.

The Center for Arts and Crafts is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Extended office hours will be available beginning Jan. 27. Register in 3 Ritenour Building. Must have a valid Penn State ID to register.

Classes and workshops, which are designed for Penn State students, faculty and staff, are noncredit and held in Ritenour Building or the HUB-Robeson Center.
