Tailgate registration open for Penn State-Ohio State showdown in Columbus

The Penn State Tailgate is the premier pregame event for away football games, hosted by the Alumni Association

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Alumni and fans traveling to Columbus for the Penn State-Ohio State game on Nov. 23 are encouraged to register now for the Penn State Tailgate — three of the season’s other tailgates sold out. The Penn State Tailgate is the premier pregame event for away games, hosted by the Penn State Alumni Association.

Penn State Alumni Association members receive discounted registration of $25 (a savings of $15). Students (ages 6-18) can attend for $15. Children ages 5 and younger receive free admission.   

The Penn State-Ohio State Tailgate will feature the Nittany Lion mascot, Pep Band, and Penn State cheerleaders, along with an opportunity to hear from special guests and share in Penn State camaraderie.

Doors will open at 9 a.m., and the program will start at 10 a.m. The tailgate ends at 11 a.m., and will take place at the Fawcett Event Center, located at 2400 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio.
